I am Alina , and I am 13 years old. My brother, Yaya, and I joined D1:8 in 2018 after an outreach event by the ministry in our community, and I eventually became a Christian. My father died towards the end of the same year, leaving our mother to be our sole caretaker. Even feeding in the home sometimes is a struggle for my family, and this almost pushed me into a promiscuous lifestyle just to get the basic necessities of life. The teachings of D1:8 are helping me to stay on track, but the financial constraints at home are making life challenging for me. I am currently in Junior High School level 3, and I believe that with a monthly support of one hundred dollars ($100), my educational supplies and upkeep can be taken care of.
